DPA Satisfaction Guarantee
We designed our bathing suit to give you peace of mind while you’re enjoying your favorite outdoor activities. We want you to be 100% satisfied with every pair. If you’re not, we’ll make it right. We gladly accept exchanges and returns of all unworn, unwashed and undamaged items within 60 days of purchase.
Items must meet the following criteria for return or exchange:
- Product must be in original condition with all tags attached.
- Product must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
How do I return or exchange a Dry Pocket Apparel order?
Complete the return/exchange form included with your order. Repack the item you wish to return in original packaging. Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of the package, and drop at your local USPS location. Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Are returns free?
Returns are free with our prepaid return shipping label.
How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
Your refund or exchange will be processed as soon as we receive the returned item(s).
For exchanges, please allow up to 10 working days from the time we receive the returned item(s) to receive your new items. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your new item has shipped.
For returns, please allow up to 10 working days from the time we receive your return to receive your refund. You will receive a confirmation email when your return is complete and your refund is being processed. Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment.
Can I return an item after 60 days?
We will not accept returns or exchanges requested more than 60 days after purchase.
What items cannot be returned or exchanged?
We will not accept returns or exchanges on items with tags removed; items that have been worn, used or washed; or items that have been damaged through accidents or improper use. Dry Pocket Apparel reserves the right to deny refunds or exchanges for merchandise that does not meet return policy criteria.
What if I received an incorrect or damaged product?
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item or provide a full refund.
How do I exchange or return a gift?
If you received Dry Pocket Apparel merchandise as a gift, you may exchange or return items for a gift card in the amount of the original price paid. Returned and exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, and in original condition with tags attached. Returns and exchanges are free with our prepaid return shipping label.
